Hmmm... curious.

I actually had a good Ides of March. Maybe spent too much but, well, put me in a town with an IKEA and then post signs for tours and tasting of a winery on the highway and I'm gonna have to stop, I tell ya! February and I, though, we don't get along at ALL. February hates me, has a total vendetta against me, ever since I was 8 or so. I don't know what I did to it back then but, wow, does it like to dump on me. Thank goodness it's the shortest month!

As an early reader and someone who read the entire works of Shakespeare before the 6th grade (ahem, overachiever and lover of reading lists--I never said I fully UNDERSTOOD them, but I did read them) I can relate. I remember being seriously perturbed when I would see a movie that had been adapted from a book I'd read, and it was not what I had pictured in my imagination. That REALLY peeved me! And to the guy that got hit running and listening to his iPod: at least he didn't see it coming, and he had the added benefit of rocking out to his favorite music. Unless, of course, it was on a song that he was just waiting for to end. Then that just stinks. Your reference to Ronnie and Lynyrd? Simply delicious.
